We’ve been here before folks. And what a nuisance.
Due to the Level 3 Lockdown that is currently in place in Auckland we are unable to run our business in the same way we normally can.
We are still able to carry out aural toilet (ear cleaning) for people who have an urgent need for this service. The kinds of situations that may be considered urgent are:
- an infection in your ear canal
- a foreign body in your ear
- pain or significant discomfort
- hearing loss
If you have any symptoms of Covid (sore throat, loss of smell or difficulty breathing) we will be unable to see you.
Those who are well will need to attend the clinic wearing a mask. If you don’t have a mask we can provide one for you at a cost of $3. Our nurses will be wearing masks and gloves, and all surfaces will be cleaned between patients.
As our clinic is shut apart from the time we see urgent cases, there is no one at work to answer our normal phone. If you would like an appointment please call Helen on 027 350 0004.
